Every Unlisted London Professional has agreed to abide by our Code of Confidentiality without exception during, as well as after their relationship with Unlisted should it conclude.  If you require a Letter of Confidentiality to be signed – please contact the Client Service Desk and they will be happy to provide you with one. Alternatively we will sign one that you may wish to provide. 

Our code of confidentiality covers all the information in our Client Registration Form, which we require to be completed prior to a first appointment, which includes a brief medical history questionnaire, details of the location where the booking will be conducted, and payment instructions. 

Such information enables Unlisted to provide a seamless service and insures that you are aware of the Terms and Conditions of booking a service engagement.
