Our Privacy Policy covers all personal information that Unlisted (UK) Limited obtains when visitors use the features on our Website. Information Collected and its Use
We respect your right to confidentiality and are committed to protecting your privacy. For this reason we do not require that you give us any information about yourself until you decide to place an order or request a booking. The information we collect about you is used only to process orders, to deliver a service and to enhance your shopping experience. Depending on your requirements, we may ask you to share personal information with us. It is your choice whether you wish to provide Unlisted London with your personal information; but please be aware that if you should withhold certain information we may be unable to provide you with such services.

The types of information we collect on our website include:

1. Registered User Information
Becoming a Registered User of unlistedlondon.com will involve submitting the following personal information: First Name, Last Name and E mail address.

2. Your Account
When you place an order or request a service via unlistedlondon.com we will ask you to set up and account ("My Account") which will require your name, e-mail address, billing address and / or delivery address. A contact telephone is also required so that we may contact you if there should be a problem with your order. Without this information we will be unable to process your request or notify you of acceptance of your order or request. We may, unless you advise us otherwise, pass your name, delivery address and telephone number information to our couriers or other agents in case they need to contact you to arrange the processing or delivery of your order.
You can choose to store such information in the “My Account” Profile page. If you change your mind about storing this information, you can amend or delete it by going to the relevant area of the “My Account” Profile page and follow the instructions. You can access this section using your log-in and password.

When you register and create ‘Your Account’, you will also be given the option to receive our newsletter by e-mail about products, promotions or special offers from Unlisted London and its strategic partners that we feel may be of interest to you. If, in the past, you have chosen to be notified and you no longer wish to receive mailings from us please send an email to privacy@unlistedlondon.co.uk and we will remove your email address from our records/database.

If, for any reason, you are unsure about the personal and account information we hold in your name, and you would like to review or revise the information we have in your account, you may access such information by clicking on the "My Account" link. 3. Order Information
By making a purchase, you become a registered user of unlistedlondon.com. When you make a purchase you will also be required to enter the Delivery Address for your order and a contact telephone number. Please also see the Financial Security section of the Privacy Policy with regards to submission of Credit / Debit card information.

4. Service & New Client Registration Information
When requesting a booking for a service for the first time, we will require you to complete a “New Client Registration Form”. The information you provide will allow us to serve you at your desired location effectively. The form also includes our Terms and Conditions of Service. You should note that this information might be updated in the future should your circumstances change. In addition, each time you request to book a Service, we may also ask you to complete a “Treatment or Service Consultation Form”. The information you provide for this form will be specific to the booking request you have made and all this information will be held in the strictest confidence.

5. Competition & Survey Information
Information held on our website client base may be used for marketing and promotional purposes by Unlisted London allowing us to enhance our Website with products and improve our service menu and content information that you find useful. If you choose to enter an Unlisted London competition or respond to a survey you will have to become a registered user, if you are not one already. When entering into a competition individual rules and restrictions will apply and entry into any such competition may require you to provide us with some demographic information such as your age, income and marital status. If you prefer not to answer such questions you may be unable to participate in the competition or survey.

6. Ask the Consultant
If you are not already registered and you wish to use the “Ask The Consultant” facility you will have to become a registered user – see above. We may also collect information from e-mails that you send to our Consultants for product and Website analysis only.

7. Financial Security, including Credit Card details
When purchasing on-line you may have concerns about the privacy and confidentiality of personal information, including credit card and billing address information.
The page where card details are given by you is controlled by our contract merchant service provider BIBIT, part of The Royal Bank of Scotland Group (www.bibit.com). Such information is automatically encrypted to the highest level and later decrypted for use. Using this system ensures that Unlisted (UK) Limited never receives your full card information and only receives card type (eg Visa), the expiry date and the last 4 digits of the card used. This information is duplicated in the order confirmation, invoice and shipment e mails you receive as part of the ordering process.
If you are still not convinced about the safety of purchasing on-line, but would like to order products from Unlisted, you can place your order by phone. Simply call our Client Service Desk on 0845 2255 505. The Desk is open 7 days a week from 9am to 9pm, with the exception of UK bank holidays.

8. Statistical Information

We use the information to improve the structure and content of our site, to provide you with a superior shopping experience and to communicate with you via email information on products, services, and promotions that we believe are relevant to you. This requirement extends to, but is not restricted to, information sourced from our website, the Unlisted Client Service Desk or personal interaction with you as a client.
• Our confidentiality clauses and database access controls are reviewed periodically and updated as required to further protect your personal data. A selection of your personal information is stored on servers owned by other companies. Only Unlisted (UK) Limited has the right to access this information.

Information to Third Parties
